What's inside the box?
The Kokoro Craft Box contains 4 - 5 craft activities to keep your little one busy! The box also includes a beautiful picture book which your child will love reading over and over again. Most months will have a general theme with activities and books selected to tie into the theme.
What is the difference between a Subscription and a Gift box?
Our Subscription boxes and Gift boxes contain the same craft project each month. The difference is how they are billed.
Our Subscription boxes are billed on an automatically recurring schedule. That is, when the subscription has expired the plan is automatically renewed. By purchasing a subscription plan, you are agreeing to be billed per the terms of your subscription plan.
Gift boxes are a one time payment. You can purchase 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 month gifts. The plan will not automatically renew. If you purchase 3, 6 or 12 month gift, you are prepaying for the number of months you wish to gift and will not be charged again.
Can I gift a Kokoro Craft Box?
Yes! The Kokoro Craft Box is a perfect gift. To send someone a Gift box or subscription, enter the recipients shipping address in the check out section. After checkout, an email will be sent to confirm a message to be included in the recipients box.
Can I purchase just one box?
Yes you certainly can. One off boxes can be purchased from our Gift Box page.
Which month's theme will I receive?
Our subscriptions cycle operates on a pre order system. When you place your order, your first box will be for the upcoming months craft project.
E.g If you place your order during the month of January, you will receive the February Craft project.

How do I change my shipping address?
Log into your account and click Manage Subscription. Click View Details and you can update your shipping address.
How do I skip an order?
Log into your account and click Manage Subscription. Click View Details and you can select which order to skip.
How do I deactivate my subscription?
Log into your account and click Manage Subscription. Click View Details and you can cancel your subscription.
What is your subscription cancellation policy?
If for some reason you would like to cancel your subscription you can do this at anytime. If you have committed for a longer subscription and have boxes left to receive you will be charged for the remaining boxes.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE Australia wide. We use Australia Post as our delivery courier.
When does my box get shipped?
Once you have placed your order, it will be posted on or around the 15th day of the following month. E.g, if you place an order on the 2nd of the month, it will be shipped on the 15th day of the following month.
When will my box arrive?
Once your box has been shipped, it should take between 1-5 business days to arrive depending on your location.
What is the cut off to order next months box?
11.59pm EST on the last day of the current month is the cutoff date to order the upcoming box.
When will my subscription be billed?
Your first bill will occur when you complete checkout. Your subscription will then renew on or around the 15th of the following month. If you have purchased our trial box, you will be billed for a monthly subscription box 14 days after you purchase the trial box. You will then be charged on a monthly basis thereafter.
What is your refund policy?
As a subscription service, with limited materials and tools being supplied, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with any of the tools and materials, please contact us to determine the process. Please note, forgetting to cancel the service when you had intended to or not realising we are a subscription company is not sufficient grounds for a refund or return.
Cutoff date - 11.59pm EST on the last day of the month. No further orders for the upcoming box will be taken.
Shipping - Shipping will occur on or around the 10th day of the following month.
Renewal/billing - your reoccurring charged will be billed on or around the 15th of the following month.
E.g You purchase a 3 month subscription on the 11 January. You will be charged at time of checkout. On the 10th of February your first box will be shipped. On the 10th March and 10th April your second and third box will be shipped. On the 15th April you will be recharged another 3 month subscription plan.
We know it can be frustrating if you place your order on the 9th day of the previous month and have to wait until the 10th day of the following month to have your box shipped. However, shipping all our boxes together is the only way we can manage the subscription cycle and ensure we have enough materials and tools to fullfill all orders.
